Farewell to Syd With Sam

As you might have guessed from the title of this post, I am bringing Syd With Sam to an end; but it is not a sad ending, it’s a happy one. Bright opportunities are ahead, and I’ll be continuing to write in other spaces online. To explain a little about why this will be my last blog post, I want to recount a few of the major things that happened or changed in my life in 2017: I started going to church, I got baptised, I got married and I also started studying writing (as part of a Bachelor of Arts) in July. A Belated Christmas Message

Full disclosure: I intended to get this post out well before Christmas day, but due to the busy nature of the holiday season, I lacked the time and creative energy necessary to create this post the way I wanted to. So although Christmas time is technically over now and the new year is just around the corner, the true message and the real joy of Christmas always remains relevant – to remember the birth of Jesus. Thus, I have decided to push on with my very late Christmas post regardless.
